to run the game just follow the steps

1) first download both emulator and the rom
2) then extract the emulator(Mame) but do not extract the "tektagt.rar"
3) now copy the "tektagt.rar" in roms folder
4 ) now double click on mame.exe
5) Enjoy the game...
